The course is open for all students with a Bachelor’s diploma in Spanish Philology or for Erasmus exchange students.
Description
Introduction to Scholarly Digital Editions for students of the MA in Spanish Philology. The student will be able to understand the methods, standards, techniques and tools to create Scholarly Digital Editions; also the student will be able to apply them to real artefacts. This course focuses on analysing, transcribing, encoding (XML-TEI), and visualising historical printed sources. It puts emphasis on the practical acquisition of those skills.
